Surprise! 2011 Tax Season is Upon Us!
So we made it through the holiday season and just when we thought we could breathe a sigh of relief and get back into a nice normal routine – Surprise!! It is tax time again – or close to it.
As employers are busy getting T-4’s prepared to send out to all their staff and investments firms are preparing a variety of different “T” slips – it is also time for you to start gathering together your papers and getting them organized for the coming tax season.
To help you along with this dreaded task I have prepared a handy checklist for you to use. This should be used as guideline for the paperwork and information required for preparation of your 2011 Personal and Unincorporated Business tax return – commonly called a T-1 Return.
