Team Standards
We pride ourselves on the high standards we set for our team of expert bookkeepers. Each bookkeeper at Add-Vantage Bookkeeping meets the following criteria:
- CPB Canada Certified Bookkeeper (minimum requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Successful completion of the Xero Certification exam
- Annual maintenance of Xero Certification
- Ongoing commitment to professional and personal development
To ensure that we provide the highest level of expertise, we employ The Pure Bookkeeping Skills Assessment to assess proficiency in Xero and general bookkeeping skills. This rigorous assessment, combined with our requirement for Xero certification and CPB Canada Certification, enables us to meticulously select and train exceptional bookkeepers who are fully equipped to meet our clients’ needs.
